  • Payment Details: Retained only as long as necessary to complete the transaction. Card information is not stored beyond the point of transaction, but bank transfer details are kept for up to 7 years for accounting and auditing purposes.
  • Photographs or Video Recordings: Retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected. For instance, security footage may be retained for up to 5 years or longer if required for security investigations, legal claims, or compliance with legal obligations.

 

At the end of these retention periods, we will securely delete or anonymise your personal information to prevent it from being reconstructed or read.
