With many decades of industry experience combined with a thoroughly modern outlook, we work with companies, sales teams and farmers to try ensure that forage is conserved as efficiently as possible, milk produced cost-effectively and animal welfare is enhanced.
Our Experience
Forage Technology was founded in 1989 by our Directors Colin Orr and Jem Clay as a side project to current executive roles in the dairy and feed industries.
Forage Technology immediately embarked on an intense research programme of research culminating in the development of a range of enzyme and microbial forage additives. And since then have worked closely with Chr. Hansen to stay at the forefront of silage technology.
